Justin Wetzell defeats Bekhzod Usmonov at 8,150 feet of elevation at LFA 195

VAIL, Colorado — On the weekend before Halloween, Colorado standout Justin Wetzell and top Tajik prospect Bekhzod “Lion” Usmonov ascended 8,150 feet above sea level to face off in a battle of mountaineers in the main event of LFA 195. The local favorite used a heavy wrestling attack to secure takedowns and deliver punishing ground n’ pound to secure the dominant win against The Ultimate Fighter 32 star Usmonov via Unanimous Decision (29-27, 30-26, 30-26). In the co-main event, Dante Schiro turned the tables on UFC veteran A.J. “The Ghost” Fletcher in the second round to score an impressive come-from-behind victory. The submission win came via Rear Naked Choke ran the Wisconsinite’s perfect LFA record to 4-0. The other fight results can be found below:
